This hotel is in a great location. Beautiful, modern facility. Easy access to 5th Avenue & cruise docks. Could be a bit better on housekeeping. Restaurant was above expectations and reasonable. Staff was very helpful. Disappointed that there is no business center, but staff printed documents. Overall, very pleasant.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel's restaurant was very nice with lots of very nice quality food and lots of choices for my gluten free diet daughter. The previous night, we had dinner at Limon and it was so nice, fresh food with a lovely and varied menu! Great location!

Buffet European style breakfast was delicious. Room was great, bathroom great. Cleanliness. Pet Friendly. Smelled really delicious. Location was awesome. Decorations and style exceptional. New hotel, very nice. Nice fitness center.

Facilities, Limon Rooftop is truly top, breakfast is great, cart to downtown is wonderful

Beautiful hotel. Very modern, immaculate, goid podition and room sizes. The pool was shut for maintenance but they took us a short journey by golf buggy to another hotel which was also lovely.

The location is perfect. Rooms and all amenities were very clean and new. Food for breakfeast was ok. They need to up their game a little bit in that area...soecifically breakfeast. Walking to 5th ave is an option.
